We are looking for a high-performing, results-driven Senior Sales Account Manager who thrives on winning new business and closing deals in the IT B2B sector.

At Gloster Digital, you will represent our AI-powered software development solutions, as well as our DevOps, Cloud, and IT infrastructure services, helping clients accelerate innovation and digital transformation.

This role is ideal for a proactive, results-oriented sales professional with a strong network in Southern Germany, who enjoys selling, building relationships, and turning opportunities into revenue.

Your mission: open doors, demonstrate value, and close deals with mid-sized and enterprise clients.

You will be supported by:

  • a Business Development Representative (BDR) who assists with lead generation and meeting scheduling
  • and a technical Pre-Sales Engineer who supports you in designing and presenting complex IT solutions

This allows you to focus on what you do best: winning new business.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B clients in the IT market (focus on mid-sized and enterprise companies).
  • Independently manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to successful deal closure.
  • Actively generate new business through your network, referrals, and direct outreach in collaboration with the BDR team.
  • Develop compelling proposals, deliver professional presentations, and lead contract negotiations.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets through effective pipeline management and strong closing skills.
  • Work closely with Pre-Sales experts to develop tailored IT solutions for clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with IT decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors).


YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 10 years of successful B2B sales experience in the IT industry (infrastructure, cloud, software, or managed services).
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals.
  • Hunter mentality – energetic, driven, and relentless in winning new customers.
  • Excellent negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
  • Strong network of IT decision-makers in Southern Germany (Bavaria & Baden-Württemberg).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
  • Based in Bavaria or Baden-Württemberg, with willingness to travel within the region.
